An Open Letter to the NC Board of Elections

       To Whom It May Concern:

Your current media campaign touting the state public campaign fund is a farce.  Your main point is that by voluntarily "donating" a portion of our state taxes to this fund to finance judges' campaigns we "will keep integrity in our courts".  This is at best, a joke, and is, in reality, just another bald faced lie.  There is no integrity in our courts.  Judges in North Carolina, and elsewhere, I presume, are no longer arbiters of justice.  They are de facto tax collectors.
The vast majority of court cases in this state are unconstitutional, as Article III plainly states the the trial of all crimes shall be by jury.  The overwhelming mass of the courts' current case loads have nothing to do with crime in the strictest definition of crime.  Most of these actions are non-collision traffic matters and non-violent drug offenses, neither of which fit the definition of crime, as there is no victim, nor demonstrable loss or harm through force or fraud.
The charlatans and shysters in dirty black robes and ugly suits, including pants suits, will try to tell you that these are indeed, not crimes, but infractions that don't require juries.  They can play semantics as much as they think their pitiful linguistic educations and abilities will allow, but they're again LYING!  Anytime that you're forced, at the point of a loaded gun, to appear in public court in a proceeding in which you can lose property or liberty, you are being tried for a crime, even when your alleged action is not a crime at all.
In all of the district courts processing all of these cases which are punishable by fines levied and court costs usurped, millions upon millions of dollars are being gathered by force and fraud.  It's governmental force and fraud, so it's legal force and fraud.  Use as an example "The Justice Incorporated Complex" on West Elm Street in Graham, NC.  It processes a few hundred of these cases every day, collecting over $100 per case.  You do the math.  And it has to be paid in cash, of course.  You reason the reason.
Now, I'm not saying that at five p.m. every day that the judges, D.A.'s and cops all run down to the cashier's windows to individually grab their shares of the grift, which are, actually, enumerated on the receipts generated by the cashiers.  I've never been there to witness it.  On the other hand, I'm not saying that they don't, as, again, I've never been there to witness it.  I wish that there were some accountants and auditors there, though.
I say that we should let these shyster, charlatan lawyers who want to be judges do like all of the other shyster charlatans turned putridly pusillanimous politician.  Let them use their share of the grift or any other grift that they can acquire to finance their corrupted campaigns.  And I also say that we need to ignore that law that these shyster charlatans enacted just a few years ago, and elect as judges people who are NOT lawyers.
